How to sign in.

Use the same email address you used at checkout.

Open secure sign-in.
Select “Sign in to your account” below. Enter your order email address on Shopify’s sign-in screen.
Enter your email code.
Check your inbox for a one-time 6-digit code, then enter it on the sign-in screen. No password is needed.
You’re back in your Circle.
After sign-in, you return here. Select “Orders & account” to find your orders and update account details.

Secure sign-in through Shopify. No separate DOVIAR password is created here.

Your store account and VIP membership are separate. Signing in does not confirm an active VIP membership.

Select “Manage or cancel VIP” below. Enter your order email and explain your request in the form. You can ask about a charge, confirm membership details, or request cancellation.

Submitting a request does not itself confirm cancellation. Keep your cancellation confirmation and contact support if you need to check its status.

Open the Circle edit, then select an available item to read its details and price. If the collection is empty, there are no items available to display.

Need a little help?

I haven’t received a sign-in code.

Check the email address for typos and look in Spam or Junk. If a code expires or does not work, request a new one on Shopify’s sign-in screen. If you still cannot sign in, contact us using the link below.

I’m signed in, but my order is missing.

Check which email received your order confirmation. Sign out and sign in with that exact address. If the order is still missing, contact us with your order number if you have it.

Keep your sign-in code private. Enter it only on the sign-in screen; never send it to our support team.
