Email support@doviar.com or select “Cancel VIP membership” in the form. Use your membership email address. Your name, order number and reason are not required.
Before your next charge.
Cancel before the first charge date to avoid the first $29.99 fee after 14 days. After that, cancel before your next 28-day renewal. There is no cancellation fee.
Your confirmation.
Our team processes your request and emails the effective cancellation date. A request received before a charge date is honored for that renewal, even if our reply arrives later. A form submission receipt is not a billing-status confirmation.
About a charge?
Choose “Billing concern” and include the date and amount. Do not send a full card number, password or intimate photographs.
